My Work Ecosystem

At the heart of my work is 1:1 Coaching, but I also co-developed two transformative programmes that integrate coaching with cutting-edge thinking.

The Leadership Embodiment Programme (LEP) is a neuroscience-informed coaching journey for leaders and teams, co-designed and delivered with Leigh Johnson, a coach and L&D specialist. Together, we create lasting behavioural shifts, through working with and on, the qualities and skills needed to lead with confidence, determination, and a clear vision for impact.

The Blueprint Lab bridges human growth and AI integration. This is coaching first, not a tech course. Through a structured coaching process (which I also deliver in collaboration with Leigh), participants gain unexpected clarity about who they are, what they want, and how to use AI as an ally. They leave with a personal blueprint that unlocks both their potential and their AI’s.

Collaboration is central to how I work. As a solopreneur, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t about doing everything yourself—it’s about finding the thinking partner who challenges and complements you. We navigate complexity better together than alone.

These programmes sit within a broader ecosystem of workshops, retreats, and collaborations. But whether I’m facilitating a group or coaching one person, everything connects back to the same foundation: a human conversation, seeking clarity and courage, starting on the inside.

For people at crossroads who are ready to do the real work, not just think about it.

I work 1:1 with individuals navigating transition, whether that’s a career shift, a life pivot, or the question of  “what’s next for me?”

I’m an Integral Coach, trained in neuroscience, embodiment, and the Enneagram. Integral Coaching works with both the individual (your behaviours, motives, and patterns) and the collective (the systems, cultures, and relationships you’re part of). I hold up a mirror so you can see the blindspots shaping your life, preventing you from moving forward and impacting those around you.

I’ve walked this path myself. Real transformation requires a willingness to get uncomfortable in the process, which is why I won’t let you hide, but I’ll walk beside you. 

For business owners and leaders, I also bring strategic consultation when needed (governance, systems, financial structures) because sometimes you need both the inner work and the practical scaffolding.

This is coaching for people who want real, lasting change that shows up in how you lead, decide, and live.

The Blueprint Lab is a programme that helps people design personal and business blueprints while learning to integrate AI as a trusted ally.

This is unique course offering an immersive, guided process that brings together deep self-discovery with future- facing tools while being guided by two experienced, certified professionals. You’ll be invited to reflect honestly, write meaningfully, to reveal the answers to questions you’ve contemplated but not fully answered.

What makes this series unique is the integration of AI as your partner in change and growth. You’ll develop new skills to apply when using AI and walk away with a tool to train your AI assistant for greater impact and efficiency that saves you more than 2 hours a day or 14 hours a week.
